It was in the early 1980s that we started operations under the leadership of Late Shri Nagindas T. Ambavi in a modest way. As the Indian economy grew our operations also grew by leaps and bounds.
This was made possible by our dynamic team that strived hard to provide best solutions for our client’s needs. Our team made inroads into highly competitive areas. In the later stages we started offering varied services in residential and commercial properties. Few years down the line we started offering residential and commercial plots. We also observed a demand for rental properties with the growth in Indian economy and in order to cater to this we started a strategic business unit.
We also started in advising corporates, HNI’s and NRI’s for investing in Real Estate. This was achieved by investing in techniques in analyzing trends and future growth prospects. We also do Demand Analysis for our specific clients.
Recently, we also started student accommodation, Co-living.
